Thank You For Visiting Progression Gymnastics!
At this time, we have a waitlist for all classes. To get on the waitlist, please send us your name, phone number, your child’s age and birthday, and any scheduling restrictions. As spots open up, we will work our way down the waitlist in order of the date the inquiry was received and offer spots in age appropriate classes (we are not taking specific class requests at this time). Please check our F.A.Q.’s page for more information on our waitlist process. Students ages 6+ may register for Friday Fun Nights and Parties, even if they are not yet enrolled in classes, as long as they pay the annual membership fee.

Meet Our Coaches!
Coach Elise
Owner & Coach
Hi! I’m Miss Elise! I started coaching gymnastics as a high school student and immediately knew that I wanted to eventually start my own program. I spent the following years coaching gymnastics, soccer, and teaching yoga throughout the United States, Australia, and Central America. I received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Special Education from San Francisco State University, earned my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Yatra Yoga, and have attended several Regional Gymnastics Congresses and other classes/clinics throughout the years to enhance my gymnastics, physical fitness, and child development knowledge.
In 2016, I started Progression Gymnastics as a mobile program in Tulare County and eventually expanded to a 10,000 square foot facility that served thousands of students. Unfortunately, we closed down the facility during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I reopened Progression Gymnastics on the Town Green in 2022 and expanded to our new home at 7798 Bell Road in January 2024!
My overall mission is to positively influence every child I work with by teaching gymnastics, fitness, yoga, and dance in a way that creates a love for movement that will last a lifetime.
Coach Anastasiia
Manager, Coach, and Team Director
Hello, I’m Coach Anastasiia! I started participating in competitive gymnastics when I was 5 years old and by the time I was 12, I had earned the title of Master of Sports in Ukraine. That is the equivalent of Level 8-9 in the US. My favorite events were beam and bars. I loved participating in gymnastics because I gained so much strength and confidence that transferred to all areas in my life. I also participated in boxing for 10 years and I got 3rd place in the World Championship and the Europe Championship.
I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Education, have been coaching gymnastics for 2.5 years, and have attended Region 1 gymnastics congress, where I learned drills, coaching technique, and child development from the leaders in our industry. I am a certified USAG Team Coach and have completed the judging course for Xcel Bronze and Silver.
I enjoy working with children because I can teach them everything I have learned about gymnastics, as well as how to be confident and how to participate as a team in their classes. I love working with all ages and skill levels and I am excited to help develop the first ever Xcel team at Progression Gymnastics. In my free time, I like going to the ocean, hiking, and traveling.
Coach Lucia
Kindergym, Academy, and Team Coach
Hi, I’m miss Lucia (some kids call me miss Luci). I have always had a passion for gymnastics, dancing, and singing. I grew up in Spain, lived there for 7 years and then moved to California. My passion for dancing started when I was 4 years old, and has continued to be for the past 14 years. I was a competitive gymnast when I turned 8 until I was 12. I went to many competitions and practiced for 9 hours every week. I just graduated highschool, and I am planning on going to Lyttles beauty college and earn my esthetician license. I was on the dance team all 4 years of highschool and was in an arts based program. In my free time I like to relax, read rom-coms or the Bible, and watch Gilmore Girls. I also love the ocean, hiking, and visiting family. My goals for being a coach is to influence the kids in a healthy way, make them laugh and smile, and encourage them to have a good relationship with not just gymnastics but with other sports as well. I hope I can make these wonderful students build a healthy relationship with themselves and see how amazing they truly are.
