Kindergym Classes
Fun and engaging gymnastics classes for students 18 months-6 years old. Our small instructor-to-student ratios and state of the art curriculums help students develop balance, strength, coordination, tumbling skills, team work, and more! Classes are divided up into age-appropriate groups to ensure that our coaches can instruct in a way that meets the developmental stepping stones for children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth!
Academy Classes
Fun and challenging, non-compeititve gymnastics classes divided up by age and skill level. Students learn floor and tumbling skills, balance beam, bars, tumble track, and vault. They will also develop flexibility, strength, coordination, team work, and growth mindset. Skills are taught in a progressive manner so students are always learning and growing. Students who pass through Introductory and Level 1 are invited to more advanced classes!
Xcel Competitive Program
Challenging, fun, and invitation based teams for students looking to commit to more training hours may be invited to try out for one of our Competitive Teams or Pre-Competitive teams when they have met the skill requirements. Students in our competitive program will master skills set by USAG, practice routines and perform or compete in competitions throughout the Spring Season!
Private Lessons, Camps, Clinics, &; Friday Fun Nights
Specially designed programs that are offered in addition to our regular gymnastics classes. We offer private lessons for students looking for additional, individualized support.
We host summer, Winter, Spring Break, and Thanksgiving break camps. There’s no better way to spend a school break than to attend one of our day camps!
We also have skill building clinics and Friday Fun Nights once or twice a month!
Thank you for visiting Progression Gymnastics! At this time, we have a waitlist for all classes. To get on the waitlist, please send us your name, phone number, your child’s age and birthday, and any scheduling restrictions. As spots open up, we will work our way down the waitlist in order of the date the inquiry was received and offer spots in age appropriate classes (we are not taking specific class requests at this time). Please check our F.A.Q.’s page for more information on our waitlist process. Students ages 6+ may register for Friday Fun Nights and Parties, even if they are not yet enrolled in classes, as long as they pay the annual membership fee.
